  PLEASE NOTE Version  contains some new updates and changes - 4SS engine rules updated to allow the Tillotson RS225 into the class to compete against Supermaxx.  Clutches are now mandatory for practise and racing for all Novice, Rookie and Junior Classes.  New updates added re testing of fuel and tyres.  New guidelines on cameras also.
